ShaQ Express runs nine regional offices and delivers across the whole of Ghana. The offices anchor intra-city operations, scheduled drops, and pickup. The network extends from each hub into adjacent regions, so a Volta-based office serves Oti, a Bono office serves Ahafo and Bono East, and so on.

Each region runs intra-city delivery, scheduled drops, and pickup for outbound consignments. Inter-regional lanes connect the regional hubs on agreed schedules, supporting both consolidated parcels and dedicated long-haul consignments. The same operational systems, real-time tracking, and digital proof of delivery apply across the entire network.
