Common questions about ShaQ Express courier
How fast is courier delivery in Accra?
Same-day delivery is available for intra-city parcels placed before the daily cutoff. Specific cutoffs and delivery windows depend on the route and the operational load on the day.
Can I send a parcel to someone using just a phone number?
Yes. We work with the recipient's phone number to coordinate delivery, especially in areas where formal addressing is limited. The rider contacts the recipient as the parcel approaches the delivery zone.
What happens if the recipient is not available at delivery?
The rider attempts contact with the recipient through the phone number provided. If delivery cannot be completed on the first attempt, the parcel is returned to the network and a re-delivery is scheduled in line with our operational policy.
How do I pay for a courier delivery?
Payment options are confirmed at booking and include the standard digital payment methods supported in Ghana, plus cash-on-delivery for eligible deliveries. Specific payment terms are presented in the app and on the booking flow.
Are there size or weight limits on parcels?
Standard parcel sizes are accepted on every route. Oversized, heavy, or specialized items are accepted on inter-regional routes where the vehicle profile supports the consignment. Contact customer service to confirm before booking unusual items.

We operate across nine regions of Ghana: Greater Accra, Ashanti, Bono, Volta, Central, Western, Western North, Eastern, and Northern. Same-day delivery is available in intra-city zones and inter-regional routes run on scheduled lanes.
