How fast is courier delivery in Accra?
Same-day for intra-city parcels placed before the daily cutoff. Specific windows depend on the route and operational load.
Can I send a parcel to someone using just a phone number?
Yes. We work with the recipient's phone, especially where formal addressing is limited. The rider contacts them as they approach.
What happens if the recipient is not available at delivery?
The rider attempts contact through the phone number provided. If delivery cannot complete on the first attempt, we reschedule.
How do I pay for a courier delivery?
Standard digital payments supported in Ghana, plus cash-on-delivery where eligible. Terms shown at booking.
Are there size or weight limits on parcels?
Standard sizes ship on every route. Oversized or specialised items ship on inter-regional routes where the vehicle fits. Confirm before booking unusual items.
Which regions of Ghana do you cover?
