Courier service handles one-off shipments from sender to recipient. Last mile delivery is the final leg of a longer supply chain, where ShaQ Express picks orders from your warehouse or merchant location and delivers them to your end customers, typically on an ongoing operational basis.
How fast is last mile delivery in Accra?
Same-day delivery is available for intra-city orders placed before the daily cutoff. Specific cutoffs and delivery windows depend on the route and service level agreed in your contract.
Do you handle cash-on-delivery?
Yes. Cash-on-delivery collection and remittance is a standard part of our last mile service for merchants who require it. We handle collection at the point of delivery, reconcile against your order record, and remit on the schedule we agree with you.
